Cleaning problems and selection attention points of fan coil unit

Fan coil unit is the ideal central air-conditioning terminal product, it's widely used in hotels, office buildings, hospitals, commercial and residential, scientific research institutions. To meet the requirements of  different occasions, there are several types of fan coil units: Horizontal Concealed type, horizontal exposed type, vertical concealed type, vertical exposed type, cassette type and wall-mounted type.

    Fan coil unit selection is the key issue. Generally,it's a common practice that we select fan coil models by the maximum cooling load of the room.The aim is to ensure the room temperature in peak load. In fact,most of the time air-conditioned room will not be running at peak load which make the  cooling capacity excess,then we can switch to medium or low grade to reduce the cooling capacity output,to maintain the room's heat balance.For fan coil units selection,besides that the  cooling capacity should meet the cooling load requirements, but also requires the sensible heat and latent heat to meet the requirements of heat and moisture ratio; the air volume should meet the supply air temperature differential, air change rate, air distribution and other requirements.

    As a central air-conditioning terminal equipment, the fan coil units quality determine the effect of indoor air conditioning. At the same time, the cleaning problems directly affect the use of central air-conditioning effect.

    There are much dust particles in the atmosphere, after long-term working ,the fan aluminum fins may be filled with dust and dirt, this may affect the heat exchange between the chilled water and hot air, then the temperature may be influential. Therefore,after lon-term use, the aluminum fins of the fan must be cleaned in order to solve the above drawback.
